Not every transformation requires moving walls. On Sorolla Avenue in Coral Gables, new floors, fresh paint, and updated electrical completely changed how the home feels.
We installed light wide-plank flooring that brightened the entire main level, repainted throughout in a clean, gallery-white palette, and modernized the electrical and lighting — including recessed fixtures and statement pendants. The result is an airy, sun-filled space that opens to the pool, anchored by a striking live-edge dining table.
On site on Sorolla Avenue: the original dark hardwood before tear-out. The clips below follow the demolition, the electrical rough-in, and the paint work.

It's the highest-impact, best-value kind of project — a Coral Gables home that looks and lives like new without a full gut renovation.
