We provide residential and commercial remodeling services, including kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovation, open-concept conversions, flooring, plastering and drywall, and commercial build-outs, across Miami-Dade and Broward County, Florida.
Any change to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before the additional work begins. Change orders may affect both project cost and schedule.
We make reasonable efforts to meet estimated schedules. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, permitting and inspection timelines, material availability, labor shortages, or acts of third parties.
Payment terms are set out in your signed contract. Amounts not paid when due may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Florida law. We reserve the right to suspend work on accounts that are past due.
Where required, we obtain permits and coordinate inspections for the work we perform. You agree to provide access to the property and any documentation reasonably required by the permitting authority.
Warranty coverage for workmanship and materials is stated in your signed contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials and appliances are provided by the manufacturer, not by us. Warranties do not cover normal wear, misuse, neglect, alteration by others, or damage from causes outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of this website shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Liability arising out of contracted construction work is governed by your signed contract. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
