Bay Harbor Islands is two little islands with two personalities — mid-century modern apartments on the east, waterfront family homes on the west, and Kane Concourse humming in between.
The East Island holds one of the best surviving collections of MiMo architecture anywhere — breezeblock, butterfly rooflines, the works — while the West Island is quiet streets of single-family homes on Biscayne Bay, all a short walk from the shops on Kane Concourse and the Broad Causeway to the beach. We renovate both sides with equal respect: condo and apartment updates that honor the mid-century lines, and family-home remodels built for bayfront living.
"They kept the MiMo details and gave us a completely modern kitchen. Best of both eras."
