The Morningside Estate: A Full Renovation on NE 55th Street

A landmark Morningside home, beautifully restored and fully modernized — Mediterranean Revival character on the outside, bright contemporary living within.

This was a true full remodel. We rebuilt the heart of the home around a marble-topped island kitchen with soft sage cabinetry, opening it directly to the dining and living areas and out to the pool through steel-frame glass doors. Wide-plank oak floors now run throughout, and a live-edge dining table anchors a light-filled great room.

Outside, we preserved and refreshed the home's classic Mediterranean facade — proof that a historic Miami home can be brought fully up to date without losing an ounce of its character.
